Our History
The birth of jan sharnam arises out of people suffering. The founder of jan sharnam saw a children begging at red light suffering of widows at vrindavan subsequently paid frequent visit to orphanages old age home and centers of differently able persons in and around Delhi of NCR. Placing children’s at the centrestage of it an initiative, the founder of jan sharnam committed towards education of underprivileged children as the main subject to bring a change in entire India. Getting such a system that every child is able to get a quality education and even encourage those parents who never consider their children for education motivating them encouraging and support then for sending their children to get the right and quality education.
The founder tried to rope in likeminded people and floated the idea of working together for a greater cause but contrary to their expectations the responses were initially lukewarm. The first few meetings were poorly responded. However, despite all such hurdles, the founder relentlessly surveyed the rural villages of the region and understood the scope of the work. After rounds of successive meeting with people in late 2015 some people believed in the idea of Jan Sharnam. And with this some people volunteered in the work towards educating poor people.
Jan Sharnam started by a person……..second joined…….third came…and the never ending journey continued. Thanks to the effort of a lot of people Jan Sharnam is now an inspiration for many.
Today Jan Sharnam has initiated its prestigious project Jan Shikhsha which is aimed at educating every child in India. It is not an individual effort but the efforts of every team member and those contributing voluntarily that in a span of eighteen months Jan Sharnam has kept step towards the success of its mission.
